Payment Terms:  

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. Acceptable terms of payment through our online store are via Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All orders must be paid in full before goods are shipped. 

Delivery:

Tracking numbers are issued to all orders, Signature will be required on delivery. 

Please allow approximately 2-5 days for delivery. Country areas usually being the later. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

For international deliveries please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Express shipping with signature on delivery.

Clerical Errors

Lash Extensions Sydney  reserves the right to correct any clerical errors.

Afterpay is subject to Afterpays terms and conditions. If you are using Afterpay in New Zealand to make a purchase on the Australian store please note this message from Afterpay: The final amount charged may differ from the amount displayed. This is in regards to the conversion from AUD to NZD.

Fees: 

You must pay the Course Fee to complete a Course and receive any certificate of completion applicable to your Course.

The Course is online and self-paced for 6 months. The Course Fee is payable in full regardless of whether you complete the Course.

GST is applicable to any Fees charged by us to you. Unless expressed otherwise, all fees are deemed inclusive of GST. We will provide you with a tax invoice for any payments. 

Cooling off

You have a three day cooling off period, commencing from the date of your enrolment, during which you may elect to cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund of any fees paid excluding postage costs and Lash Starter kit costs. In order to receive your refund you must NOT have logged into the online course. 

You may cancel your enrolment during the three day cooling off period by written request to Lash Extensions Sydney  [email protected] . 

Subject to any rights you may have at law, including under the Australian Consumer law, no refunds are offered on the Course Fee.
